Welcome to the Drisana Consulting LLC’s - PEAR DROP™ Mobile Application (“App”). We at PEARDROP recognize and respect the privacy expectations of our users. We believe that making you aware of how we collect information about you and about your usage of the App, how we use that information, and who we share that information with will form the basis for a relationship of trust between PEAR DROP™ and you. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides that explanation. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, or if you do not want us to collect information from you as described in this Policy, please do not download, register with, or otherwise use this App. By downloading, registering with, or otherwise using this App, you agree to this Policy. We reserve the right to change this Policy from time to time. Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.
Information Sources
When you download and use the App, PEAR DROP™ may collect, retain, and use information we receive from the following sources:
Information you upload, post, create, or otherwise proactively enter into the App; Communications, applications, or other forms you fill out or that we receive from you or your authorized representative; Your transactions with, or from the services performed by, us, our affiliates, or others including the National Association of Realtors® (“NAR”); An MLS or broker with which you are affiliated; Automatic data collection technology tracking your usage of the App, such as mobile cookies and web beacons. Mobile cookies are used to store and track your preferences in order to provide you with customized and personalized services. A cookie is data sent to your mobile browser from a Web server and is stored on your mobile device. Mobile cookies make your mobile application experience easier by storing usage patterns and preferences. Cookies are required to use the App, including third-party cookies that provide PEARDROP with usage tracking services, in order to personalize your use of the App and to create content derived from your usage behavior.
Automatic Information Collection And Tracking.
When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect certain information about you, including your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps or other online services. This is called “behavioral tracking.” PEAR DROP™ does not respond to “do not track” signals at this time.

Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect and retain certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App. Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information and the device's telephone number. Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information. Location Information. This App collects real-time information about the location of your device if your device allows us to do so. We use location information we collect to provide users with real estate-related information relevant to a user’s current, real-time location, to track users’ geographic usage patterns, and to collect data to use in relation to product and service creation, development and improvement. Your mobile may provide you with the ability to opt out of location data sharing. If you do opt out of location data sharing, you may not be able to utilize all functionalities of the App.
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, pursuant to the terms of use, including any personal information, in order to:
Provide you with the App and other PEAR DROP™ products or services, including PEAR DROP™ services through our Website. Give you notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices. Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, and/or between third party entities with whom you or we have contracted to fulfill business transactions related to the PEAR DROP™ services. Notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide though it. Estimate our audience size and usage patterns. Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our App according to your individual interests. Speed up your searches. Recognize you when you use the App. Create, develop and maintain our information services, products, and updates.

In general, PEAR DROP™ uses the information collected to provide services and to communicate with you. PEAR DROP™ will share information pursuant to the Terms of Use in circumstances such as:
When you consent or direct PEAR DROP™ to share the information; When PEAR DROP™ provides information to NAR, affiliated companies, service or content providers pursuant to an agreement or to manage and use on our behalf; When necessary to comply with a legal requirement or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of PEAR DROP™, its users, or the public against harm; To enforce or investigate a potential violation of the Terms of Use; To detect, prevent, or otherwise respond to fraud, security; or technical concerns; and In the event that PEAR DROP™ is involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its business, your information may be shared with its successor or assigns.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an e-mail at info@drisanaconsulting.com to request access to or correct personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Children under the Age of 13
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
Data Security
PEAR DROP™ has implemented security measures to keep your personal information safe from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, alteration and disclosure. Although PEAR DROP™ uses its best efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the App, and PEAR DROP™ is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide. The security of your information also depends on you, and any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping your username and password information confidential, and PEAR DROP™ asks that you do not share this information with anyone.
